The night at Luna Bar
By jykwan | November 28, 2007
Talking about Bar’s. I haven’t been to a bar until I was invited by some friends to go and have some fun. Initially I didn’t want to go as my first impression was loud music, alcohol and drugs. My friends then told me who was naive in a way that a bar is not so bad. In a bar you could still order cocktails and not go for the liquor, music is more soothing and there is not much chances of drugs or so they claim. But anyway due to my curiosity I just tag along to have a look at what do they mean by a bar. This time they took me to Luna Bar.
Luna bar is located at Menara Pan Global, off Jalan P Ramlee Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. The bar or pub which I found out in the end is placed at the top of the building and it is open aired. The place is quite nice and I personally find it quite OK.
This is the Bar area where I ordered a Long Island Tea
This is pool right in the middle of the seating area and as you can see its open air.
From the Bar itself you can see out quite clearly as there are quite alot of openings and windows aorund the bar. Just by sitting down and drinking a cocktail chitchatting with friends and enjoying the night scenery is quite relaxing. The music is not so load and plays some nice music as well.
You could see below at the roads quite clearly too.
Malaysia’s PETRONAS Twin Towers stand bright in the night sky
You could also see The KL Tower at quite a close up view as it is just a neighbouring building to Luna Bar.
After all the night is still young with the moon shining bright.
In the end it was an experience for me to get to see what is a Bar or Pub like. Thou this is my first time i have yet to see other Bars and Pubs. So based on what i have experience so far. A bar ain’t a bad place after all. In the end i just spent RM20 for just 1 Long Island Tea cocktail. Not that surprising if you looks at the class of the Bar… Hehe..
Thank God I didn’t get drunk cause i had to drive home… wahahahaha…..
