Small and Cute car’s?

Ok, the smallest car now is the SMART CC, a 2 seater town car small enough to be even fitted into the elevator some say. But think again, i just came across pictures of a few new small cars. Actually i have no idea if this is true or not, but it really looks cute and good lord its small, i wonder what engine it’s using?
